Hi there.

My name is Megan, I'm an enneagram coach, content creator, and, if you can't already tell, totally a type 4.

Personally, I've been obsessed with personality quizzes and whatnot since I was a little kid. I used to go to Half Price Books and buy as many quiz books as I could, then I would take the quizzes over and over and over.

I was (and am) looking for answers.

For a long time, I thought there was one, big, correct answer, something I was missing and if I just found it, everything would be right.

But the enneagram has taught me what other personality typing systems just didn't: nothing can ever define me completely.

Not even the enneagram.

This is the premise of The Radical Enneagram. My job as an enneagram coach is to show you how the enneagram can help you better understand yourself, AND the ways in which it simply cannot capture your multitudes.

You are so much more than what you see in the mirror right now. Let's take a closer look, together.

My Approach to the Enneagram:

Shame-Free

So often in the world of personal development, people learn about how to make themselves better by understanding their current self as "bad." I reject this binary. I believe we can be good and whole exactly as we are, AND recognize aspects of ourselves we'd like to change. Shame has never served anyone, so I don't use it as a tool in this work.

Not Religious

Something I've noticed in my journey to explore the enneagram is that much of the content about it online is very Christian-based. And that's wonderful for many people, but it's not really right for me, and presumably, many others like me. So a key aspect of my approach to the ennegram is that it's strictly secular.

Collective

Learning about yourself for the sake of your own improvement is noble and fun, but I think we can make even bigger, more radical changes in this world when we see personal development as one aspect of collective change. Here, we believe Black Lives Matter, Palestine should be free of occupation, all genders and sexualities are beautiful, and in general, humanity is better when individuals use their own growth to bring others with them.

With those ideals in mind, I invite you to join us in The Radical Enneagram discord server!

Come hang out with other enneagram enthusiasts, connect with people who share your type, and ask me your questions!
